My name is Matt, I am the agency owner over here, I appreciate you trusting Todd Ricker with handling your home policy submission. If this is for a new purchase CONGRATS ON THE NEW HOME! 

I want to give you as much info as I can regarding your new policy and how you can expect us to service your business. 

You should be getting a text from our office, maybe you already did, but that number is the best phone number for service requests regarding your policy. Your loan on your home will likely get sold to another company in the next few months, so if it does, please reach out and let us know whom it was sold to. 

Expectations you should have of our office:

  1. We are your primary point of contact for your service & claims. Save this email to your contacts, and make sure to add our office line to your phone 925-319-6622
  2. You should expect that we will handle your requests in a timely manner
  3. Expect us to text you! We are a friendly text message office, so feel free to shoot us a text to our office line (925-319-6622).

Expectations we have of you our client:
  1. All account or billing requests/questions come via email. Feel free to call us, but we need email documentation on.
  2. Unless your home is on fire or has inches of standing water in it (or water flooding out a wall) you should call us FIRST before you file a claim. All claims are subjected to investigation and such, and we need to make sure your claim will meet the requirements to be paid out and make sense financially. 
  3. Lastly you will have access to myself, the owner, over the weekends and holidays via phone. We hope that you please only use that phone line on holidays and weekends for emergencies. (if you are shopping for a car or something else, give us a heads up so we can have docs sent out prior)
