Important changes to your client experience

This past quarter I have taken a deep look into our client experience that we provide and I saw areas of needed improvement. My goal is that you will be able to leverage our relationship in your benefit and we can provide more value.

This new cell number is textable, goes directly to my business cell, but provides a whole new important level of service. 

Here are the areas that we are addressing to improve: 

  • All text messages (to this number) will timestamped and saved in the event that the company has a technological glitch and needs proof of changes made to accounts. 
  • All phone calls (to this number) will be recorded and saved into our cloud in order to make sure we can provide proof to the company of changes made. 
  • Our claims experience has a whole new level of communication, this new phone number sends us system alerts in your claim process and makes sure that we are in constant communication with you during the process to insure its moving forward. 
  • Submitting documents, filling out forms, etc. will be much simpler.
My goal is to make sure that I continually take a hard look into the customer experience that we provide and always reinvest back into you guys to improve your experience and account management.
