It is that time to make sure that you are in the right health plan for next year. Click the box below to schedule a phone appointment with me. We will discuss changes that are happening to your plan and also any changes in prescriptions or doctors that might impact it. Most of the time, this can be done in an easy 30 minute phone call.
Open Enrollment is Nov 1- Jan 15.
When you schedule your appointment, you will notice that there will be a link to fill out your updated doctor and prescription list and estimated household income for 2023. Please do this so that I can be prepared for our appointment.
