Our office text number is 316-395-9933. Save this number to your phone as we occasionally send out messages, such as claims info after hail storms. You can text this number anytime and we will be happy to help you during or outside of business hours.

You should have received text messages from Farmers with your link to the driving app, called Signal. This app gives you 5% discount immediately (which was included in your quotes) and up to 15% at renewal depending on your driving behaviors. You are only eligible for the maximum 15% discount if all drivers on the policy download the app.

Set up your account on Farmers.com to register for your online account and confirm paperless billing and to have access to your policy documents at all times. This will also lock in your paperless billing discount if you chose it.

If you are replacing an insurance policy at another company, be sure to confirm the cancellation within the next few days. We typically send cancellations for our new clients, but we always recommend that you follow up and make sure that the cancellation processed. You may receive notifications from lien holders or mortgage lenders requesting your new coverage, just email those notifications to our office and we will take care of them.
