2022 is Here!

 

With the new year, that often means new health cards, new benefits, and sometimes a little confusion.  That's okay!  Give me a call if you have questions about your plan or to make simple changes like change of address, primary care doctor, or prescription look-ups.

Have you received your 2022 medicare health plan card?  There has been a delay from some of the companies, if you need your policy number, reach out to me and I can get that information for you.  If you ever need replacement cards, I can request those for you as well.

Your over-the-counter benefit looks a little different this year.  You will not have a card for it, but probably received a catalog.  Go to ShopFirstLineBenefits.com and put in your UHC member ID without the -00 at the end to set up an account.  You can order items there.  Give me a call if you have problems.
