{first_name}, today we made the decision to shut down our physical location for the Stephen Mills Agency - Farmers Insurance.  Stephen and Lindsay will continue to work from their home and be able to take care of any of your insurance needs.  At this time we do not know when we will re-open.

•  Call 316-321-2387 to make payments by electronic check or card.  You can also continue to make your payment at the office by dropping it in our door slot.  Those payments will be retrieved daily and processed.  
• We can still provide you quotes for new insurance policies.  You can eSign your new documents when you start a new policy through email or we can mail you the documents for signatures.
• Reach out to us if you have a claim or accident.  Or you can call the claim line directly at 1-800-435-7764.
• If your finances are impacted because of the pandemic, please reach out to us.  Farmers Insurance has payment deferment options.
