Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you with your insurance needs and don't hesitate to reach out to us at anytime with any questions or concerns.  I have attached your insurance cards, and if you would like some hard copies mailed out to you, just let me know.

Here is reminder of what you need to do on your end...

Be on the look out for another email from Progressive.  This will come with a link to set up your User ID and Password for your account.  It will prompt you after that to e-sign your policies.

I will suggest downloading the Progressive app on your phone.  You can access your insurance cards and other policy documents through there.  You can use the same ID and Password you set up your account with.

Be sure to save my office line below to your cell phone.  You will be able to text or call that number when anything is needed.  Especially when it comes to claims.  If you are unsure whether to file a claim or not, reach out to me before calling the carrier.  Happy to have you part of our agency!
