Reaching out to let you know that your policies renew with us in about a month.  If you have you have not received your renewal just yet, it should be coming any day now.  Let me know if you can't find it or have not received it, and I will make sure to get a copy sent to you.  Few things of note when you look at your renewal...

1)  Just want to be honest about what I have been seeing, but expect an increase.  The Insurance industry has not been immune to today's economy dealing with inflation.  Home and car values have increased quite a bit and that cost is reflected in both your coverage and premium.

2)  The benefit with being with our agency is that we can still make sure you are getting the best rate we have to offer.  I don't usually recommend switching until you have at least been with the carrier three years, but completely understand the environment we live in today. 

3)  Think about any possbile life changes or other purchases that happened the past year that may play into what type of coverage you should have.  Like having a child, significant change in income, getting married or engaged, etc...
