It’s official! You are the newest member of the S&S Insurance Services family of Insureds! We thank you for your trust and look forward to helping you prepare for the best life has to offer while protecting you from the worst life can throw at us. Over the course of the next week you are going to be receiving some emails, calls, and text messages from us to help you settle in over here.

Once this first week is behind us, you will hear from us far less frequently. First, we need to help you transition away from your previous carrier, get settled in, and help you understand how to best receive help from us as needed.

We are open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and we can be available outside of those hours by appointment as well. After that you can always email us at rshaw@ssinsuranceservices.com and we will check our email as soon as we come in the following day.

We also have customer service tab on our webpage at www.ssinsuranceservices.com where you can submit for service or print out your needed documents.
