Catching Up 

Outside of needing the correct physical address, auto coverage can be compromised if there are others driving your vehicle and not listed on your policy.   

Are the correct vehicles and coverage listed on your policy?  Did you realize that without comprehensive (other than collision) and collision coverage you have no coverage on damage to your vehicle?  Even if your garge has a fire with your vehicles inside, the only coverage any vehicle has is that of comp and collision coverage on the auto policy.   

Review your liability coverage closely as well.  This is the MAXIMUM amount you are asking your insurance company to pay out if you are ever found at fault in an accident and the other party is injured.   

 

Any updates to the home such as a new roof, an updated abthroom or kitchen?  Have you added a deck or porch or even a new room or two?   These are all things that can affect the replacement cost of your home.   

Do you have a home business or even sell things on Etsy or Facebook Marketplace?  The laws on what constitutes a home business has changed make sure that your insurance works for you and your family.

Have children away at college - your coverage may extend to their belongings.
