P.S. I'm not sure if this applies to you, but the #1 reason why people tell me they don't finish is they don't want their credit report pulled.

But straight from FICO, a single inquiry will have a "5 point or less" impact for most people and is needed if you want to be pre-approved to buy a home.

With that said, Fairway Express does not automatically pull your credit report and I won't either if that is your concern. Just let me know and I can help with a pre-qualification if you're not ready for a pre-approval yet.
