If I can get you 60 to 100 home buyers per month in {locality} and out of those 60 to 100 buyers, 2 to 4 closed deals will be produced, would you be interested?

Since I haven’t heard back from you, I can only assume that either:

1. You don’t want to sell more homes each month with less stress
2. You’ve broken your leg and can’t get to your email account
3. You are sitting on a sandy beach in Hawaii and couldn’t care less
4. This is not a priority for you right now (that’s cool too)

Simply reply with a number between 1 and 4 and I will close your file.

If on the other hand, you just haven’t gotten around to replying and you are interested, reply with the number 10!
