I'm not sure if you're paying attention to weather.com at all, but we seem to have some rough weather moving in. If you should find yourself needing to make a claim, you can do so by calling 1.800.266.5458 or logging into the online Member Portal or phone app ASAP. You can also text me at 979.942.4696. Do NOT wait for us to get to the office to get it filed. I can call in the claim when I hear from you and the adjuster will take it from there. Claims are generally fielded in the order they come in, so get to the front of the line by calling as soon as possible

You CAN take steps to mitigate any damage. I know your property is important, so if you need to take action to prevent further damage, please do so. Remember to take lots of pictures first, document any steps you take, and save your receipts. The adjuster will need all of that.
