Welcome to the Family!

It’s official! You are the newest member of the Insure Colorado family! I thank you for your trust and look forward to helping you prepare for the best life has to offer while protecting you from the worst life can throw at us. Over the course of the next week you are going to be receiving some emails, calls, and text messages from me to help you settle in.  Why don't you go ahead now and create an "insurance" folder in your email so you can save these for future reference and find them quickly 

Once this first week is behind us you will hear from me far less frequently. 

First, You'll need to contact your current carrier and cancel your policies with them.  As much as I would love to handle this for you, majority of the major carriers require notification from the insured.  Please let me know if you have any difficulty and I am happy to help!  If your homeowners insurance is paid via escrow then you may be receiving a refund from your current carrier (depending on the effective date of your new policy).  You'll want to be sure and check the balance of your escrow account to determine if you should deposit that refund back into that account.

Secondly, You should have received your new insurance cards/policies and a separate email from me to e-sign your applications and forms.  If you did not see this, please check your spam folder.

Lastly, you'll want to make note of a few phone numbers.  Make sure you add my Agency text line in your phone. It is 720-594-4042 – but you will be getting a text from me later if you want to just add it to your contacts then. 

We are open 8:30am – 5:30pm and can be reached after hours on our text number up until 8pm. You can always call the office directly at 720-440-9392 and of course you can always reach me in the event of an emergency on my personal cell at 720-594-8322.
