Thanks for joining {cro_name}'s Credit Repair program! We are now partners in your good credit health future. We say this because without you, we can’t complete our job.

The following items are mandatory for us to get started. We suggest you pull these together as soon as you can. It might be helpful to set an alarm to remind you daily until you gather this information so it can be ready when you have your onboarding call.

Step 1 - Sign the necessary documents

You’ll need to sign the Agency Disclosure Agreement.

This document is the Fair Credit Reporting Act document and is designed to protect you, by letting you know all your rights under the credit repair laws.

Then read, fill out and sign the document online.

Step 2 - Sign the service agreement. This was emailed to you already with your plan name (Please check your spam folder if you don't have it)

You'll need to sign the Agency Service Agreement.

This document has been approved by your state legislature and follows CROA to make sure you know all of your rights under the law

Step 3: Your agent took all of the necessary information on the call including

Last 4 of social

If you didn't provide any of this information please do so via email.

We will also need a copy of your DL and Proof of Address sent via email to

Disputer@creditmanager.io

We will also need information regarding your login for credit monitoring. This can all be sent to the above email.

Step 4 - Sign up for the Credit Monitoring Service.
