Hi {first_name},
From our previous emails you should have a pretty good handle on this super impactful part of your credit report, your Payment History. It’s a shorter version this week, but something not many people know about.
Don’t my late payments get reported to all the bureaus?
Well, not always. A lender will report you to at least one of the three main credit bureaus if you are more than 30 days late on your payment. That said, sometimes lenders will only send to one or two of them.
This will cause your credit reports to sometimes look different. You should review each of your reports at least once a year to check for reporting errors since these will likely be hurting your score.
That’s it for this one. Did you know about this?
In the next email we’ll be giving you some practical tips on how to improve your Payment History!
We’re looking forward to this one, it will be very helpful!
Sincerely,
