For afterhours claims service, please reach out to your carrier directly.
Attached you'll find your new business documents. Generally, these will include your application, a receipt, and the temporary evidence of insurance. Your permanent documents will be mailed or emailed upon issuance.
If you purchased a homeowners policy, there may be an exterior inspection of your home, where someone will come take pictures and verify that there are no obvious hazards or damages to fix. They may or may not call, but you do not need to be home, and this is completely routine for most homeowners insurance carriers. Please let me know if you have any questions.
