It’s official! You are the newest member of the Webster & Associates family of Insureds! We thank you for your trust and look forward to helping you prepare for the best life has to offer while protecting you from the worst life can throw at us. Over the course of the next week you are going to be receiving some emails, calls, and text messages from us to help you settle in over here.
 
Once this first week is behind us, you will hear from us far less frequently. First we need to help you transition away from your previous carrier, get settled in, and help you understand how to best receive help from us as needed.
 
First things first – you want to put our Agency text line in your phone. It is 260-637-9500. When you do call our office for policy support or questions, you will press 1 to get to our customer service team and they are ready to help with anything you need. If you need to work with someone personally from our office, please send a text message to the same number, and we will call you directly or work with you via text or email. 
 
You will be receiving an email asking you to set up your MyAccount shortly and this is where you can view all of your policy information, file claims, etc. In order to keep the Autopay discount, you must complete the set up of this account within 5 business days.
