My Valued Clients,
As many of you know, I have had some serious health challenges that incapacitated me for almost three months. I have hydrocephalus and the medical device they implanted in my head has the highest failure rate of all medical implant devices. This past June I was becoming symptomatic and, after many non-surgical attempts to correct the shunt issues, it was clear that new shunts were the best option. The surgeries this past June were numbers three and four of my hydrocephalus journey, of which I had a brain hemorrhage during the first of the two surgeries which was removing the old valves and tubes from my head. I have had to reconcile that the reality of a lifetime shunt system is not practical, as the first two shunts lasted two years and the second two shunts lasted six years. It seems like they become harder on me the older I get.
With this said, with much great restlessness I have decided to transfer my book of business to another TWFG branch owned by Denise Davis. Denise has been in the business longer than me but, more importantly, has the same drive for customer care as me. Denise will be mailing you an introduction letter and additional contact information shortly. She has a fantastic service team that I am very confident will meet and exceed your expectations. I will be staying on in an advisory role and appreciate your continued prayers as you all have become much more than clients. As I am sure you understand, my abilities are greatly diminished when the valves in my head begin to fail and therefore, I am relieved knowing that each of you will be well taken care of.
