Thank you again for trusting Rise Insurance with your coverage needs. We are excited for the opportunity to serve you! 

Part of the onboarding process with our office is ensuring your policies issue correctly and with all of the appropriate discounts. We will need you to sign a copy of your policies for our carrier records, and sometime documentation is required for underwriting and/or policy discounts. 

Please take a moment to review this list and make sure that you have completed each task associated with your new policies: 

1. Complete the e-signature process for all new policies started with Rise -  you should have received these is separate emails, with an easy to complete docusign request. 
2. Send a copy of the most recent grade card to the ladies at Rise for any household drive that is age 24 & under - they could be receiving a good student discount!
3. Send a copy of your jewelry and/or high-value item appraisals to the gals at Rise that has been completed within the last 3 years.
4. Send a copy of your completion certificate for your defensive driving course to the team at Rise - you could be getting a discount for this training if it was completed within the last 3 years!

The last item is making sure you were able to successfully set up your monitored driving program for your respective carrier. Most carriers offer a great discount for participating in usage-based driving programs! Text or email us if you need help with this step or if you would like the driving-based discount added to your policy. 

These document requests are time sensitive and can impact the cost of your insurance, so your prompt response is greatly appreciated!
