I write as the LCAM for the Oak Hollow & Mahogany Run Neighborhood Association Inc.  During my regular inspection of homes on {date_of_visit}, I observed that your property at {address}, Naples, FL, 34109 was in violation of the governing documents related to {violation_type}.  I sent you a Friendly Reminder on {date_of_visit} and the formal 1st Notice of Violation on {visit_2}.  I have not heard from you regarding the issue. If the work is addressed in the next 30 days, the Board will place the matter with the Lawyer.  We wish to work with you to resolve the situation amicably.  Once the matter is placed with the attorney, neither the Board nor Southwest Property Management are able to discuss or work with you further.  You will have to make arrangements with the attorney directly. All legal fees and associated costs are for your account and will be recovered once the works are complete.
