One question I sometimes get from clients is: Will my customized wheels, or paint job, or windows, etc. be covered if they are damaged in an accident?

Generally speaking the answer is no - unless you have added additional coverage for the customization. Most auto insurers will offer an endorsement to help restore your car or truck to it's customized condition, but generally it won't be on the standard policy, so you need to request it.
