You will receive a phone call from a medical screening company. This may show as a 1-800 number on your phone. Be sure to answer this call in order to complete the application questions and set a time for an in-person medical review (if necessary).
There may be a request for your medical records from your primary care physician. If so, there will be a privacy form that needs to be signed to release the records. Additionally, contact your physician to let them know the request is on its way.
