My name is Rich Rawson, owner of Rawson & Sons Insurance Group. After a decade in the business, I started my own agency for with a legacy for my twin boys in mind. Beyond that, I wanted to help simplify the insurance piece of the mortgage transaction. I remember buying my house back when I was working for a National Insurance Carrier – and my OWN company held up the closing because they couldn’t send a revised binder to my mortgage broker.

We have over a dozen carriers that we work with – but we also provide a level of service that we’ve received great feedback on. We work closely with many loan officers, banks, credit unions and processors as we provide great prices for their customers but also a quick turnaround on binders and any revisions.

We are told that when we are handling the insurance, that the loan officer and processor can breathe easy. They know they don’t have to worry about wasting their time chasing a binder or getting a premium back that blows up the DTI.
