Documentation Options:

Grade report for the most recently completed term/semester in the last 12 months
- A progress report is acceptable only if a qualifying cumulative GPA, and class list with assigned grades, is included on the report.
“Dean’s List,” “Honor Roll” or another comparable designation
Web-based transcripts
For home school students: test results from a nationally recognized standardized achievement test taken within the past 12 months with a rank in the upper 20%
College graduates: final full-year grades

Documentation must include:

Student's name
School's web address/URL (web-based transcripts only)
Semester/term
- Must be within the last 12 months
GPA (a cumulative grade point average o term grade point average of at least a "B" (or equivalent) or 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 system for all subjects combined)
Must include list of classes and letter/ GPA grade assigned to each class
Credit hours (must be a full-time student or have graduated from a 4-year college or university)
- Full-time status includes 9+ hours, credits, or 3 classes
