POST CONSTRUCTION

For these jobs our rates run from .10 to 35 cents per sq ft. We need to schedule a walkthrough to give you pricing  by the next business day. We cover the entire Triangle Area! If you’d like to try us out. Click Here

RESIDENTIAL

With this email  we will do a basic post construction clean on residential properties for a flat rate of $250 on homes up to 2000 sq ft (including garage) to get them looking good for prospective buyers. For every additional 500 sq ft add $50.
