Your Benefits are managed through American Online Benefits Group. The button below is the link to your Customer Portal. Use this site to mange your ID cards, payment methods, and to verify any claim information.
Use the Member ID provided in your welcome email to activate your account, or reset your account using your email address.

Payment Reminder - Your coverage is set up on AutoPay. The payment drafts 5 days before the next month's effective date. You will either be drafted on the 10th or the 25th of each month, depending on your original effective date of {effective_date}.
