The Game Plan is Simple! But...you have to change your mindset NOW!!


1. Carvana and Vroom are Selling Experience and you are Selling Cars.  Shift your mindset and start Sellling the Experience because YOUR's is better!

2. They are selling Easy Website. They have a Call Center hundreds of miles away! You have a website. It's Easy, right!  Sell YOUR TEAM of Experts local right here in your customer's home town. 

3. They will deliver the vehicle on a flat bed tow truck....7-10 days after they purchase online sight unseen.  You have SAME DAY Delivery and only buy after they have driven the vehicle and know that they LOVE IT! No 7 Day returns to a website!  You have their back no matter what! 

4. Selection! They ONLY have Used Cars!  If you are a Franchise Dealer, you can offer a better selection with NEW vehicle inventory and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles with History Reports.

5. Service! What happens after their 7 day "test drive" expires and something goes wrong on Day 8?  The customer is screwed! You can offer lifetime local Service! More Warm and Fuzzies!

6. Reviews! They are getting away with a lot of Negative Reviews. Reviews DON'T LIE and they are very influential! Be sure to take the time to ask for and showcase your Reviews!

7. You are a local business in the community! Carvana and Vroom are not and let's face it people want to do business with local businesses. Sell the Experiences NOT your Vehicles!

THE PLAY: Using Social Platforms like Facebook and Instagram in a Full Funnel Strategy reach those shoppers in your local area that are ready to buy and want to buy from you! Let's face it, after Vroom runs this commercial, activity will be high.  Car Shoppers will be checking them out! This is your chance to get in front of those shoppers proactively on the social platforms that they spend hours a day on and tell your story!
1. Inventory Ads>> Your LIVE on Ground Inventory served up on shopper's news feeds driving traffic to YOUR website and On Facebook VDP's

2. Catalog and Re-Target Shoppers (like Amazon) with the inventory they looked at and similar vehicles that you have in stock.
