Thank you to Michelle for her 16 years of working in education. She's taught 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade and has been an ESL Teacher Specialist for several years.

Michelle serves the students and teachers at Stuber Elementary, Windsong Elementary, and Boyer Elementary.  She says, "My primary role is to support your child as they work to develop their English skills and work alongside your child’s teacher to ensure that your child succeeds. At the elementary level, our focus is on using effective language acquisition strategies to help students learn academic English within the context of all content area subjects."

When not at school, you can find Michelle hanging with her family, volunteering as the Medical Director for Golden Retriever Rescue of North Texas, cheering on her hometown team the Pittsburgh Steelers, taking care of her 3 dogs and 4 tiny raptors (chickens), or just relaxing with a good book.  Follow her on Twitter @Mrs_QuallsESL.
