We have scheduled 2 HBCU event briefings this week for those colleges who did not attend either of the briefings last week.  The new dates for the briefing are:
  • Tuesday 9/1 at 10A or 1P CDT

  • Thursday 9/3 at 10A or 1P CDT
As we mentioned in previous emails, the intent of the HBCU event briefing is to go over the details of the event and all of the virtual tools and assets that will be provided to you for your participation. 

We want to share our strategy for re-energizing your alumni base and helping to increase awareness and attendance at {company}.  We will also be sharing strategies and tips for getting the most impact from your involvement in the HBCU Virtual Summit... it's important that you pick one of these 2 events this week.

Thanks so much for your interest in participating in the upcoming HBCU Virtual Summit.  We're excited about this extremely unique and interesting event and experience and the strategies that we're going to be using to help during this exact moment. 

Clearly, COVID-19 is impacting everything from SAT testing to college admissions application extensions.  As such we need to inform you that we have had to reschedule the launch date for the Virtual Summit to November 12th through November 15th and need to determine if that poses a challenge for you to participate.
