It's Kyle from HBCUVirtualSummit.com and I just wanted to take a moment and update you on the latest with our plans.  We now have 19 other colleges participating (including {company}) and we're putting together the agenda to share with you in the next couple of weeks.  You're probably familiar with doing "ZOOM" style sessions, however our virtual event will be much more encompassing than what is typically being done today. 

We're excited to unveil more detail in the coming weeks. However, in the meantime we encourage you to start thinking about developing a 45 minute session that clearly articulates your school's benefits and value propositions for attending.  (Please keep in mind that freshly recorded content is more compelling than a previously recorded session that's been used in other virtual presentations...) 

Our fully interactive virtual summit site is planned to launch by the middle of next month.  We will begin accepting registrations for this free event when it launches. 

In addition, we will be providing you with a unique tracking link to share with your social media network, your alumni group and any other parties you feel would benefit from attending this complimentary and educational virtual event.  Your unique link will be instrumental in driving attendance so that you can get maximum viewers to your session!
