Thanks for taking a few minutes to speak with me today about the HBCU Virtual Summit.  We’re putting together an exciting program and we’re confident that it will be a great event for both the universities and the families that attend.

One of the things that I’d like you to think about is what unique things you’re doing at your school post COVID-19 as students and faculty return to campus.  With the onset of the COVID-19 virus, it’s imperative that your university articulates a clear and definitive plan of action that can assure prospective students and families that you’ve implemented appropriate preparedness strategies.

In addition, be thinking about what departments at your school are nationally recognized?  What curriculums make the school a destination spot for students?  Please take some time to think of those differentiators as they relate to positioning {company} as a prime candidate for consideration by prospective students and families.  . 

As I mentioned during our conversation, I’m organizing this event with the goal of helping families and HBCUs like {company}.  Looking forward to working together to make this a wonderful event.

Just to reiterate, there is no cost to the university whatsoever to participate, and we will discuss ways for your university to enjoy additional revenue and fundraising opportunities from participating.  Expect to hear from me in the next couple of weeks to discuss next steps and logistical details.
