My name is Kyle and I'm with the HBCU Virtual Summit.  The HBCU Virtual Summit was created by alumni of HBCUs who wanted to give these colleges an opportunity to increase their reach and exposure to upcoming seniors interested in the HBCU experience while simultaneously minimizing the cost to the university and maximizing the convenience for the students and families.

The inaugural Virtual Summit will be held October 1, 2020 to October 5, 2020 and will be FREE for students and their families to attend.  In turn, we will be extending invitations to the Top HBCUs in the country to participate at NO Charge. 

We will also feature professionals and experts who help families work through the process of planning for college especially when attending HBCUs.  From financial planning to completing college applications - this virtual summit promises to be jam packed with vital information for families and students going through this process of exploring, applying, and attending an HBCU.

Other benefits for participating HBCUs in the Virtual Summit are:

• Great opportunity for HBCUs to present their COVID 19 strategy
• Creation of a permanent channel for increased student enrollment
• Compete for more talented students that otherwise might not have a chance to do an onsite visit

• Gain access to international students who might want information on HBCUs to help select their college homes.
