Make sure to mention in the notes at the bottom of the application that you’re applying for a line of credit, what your current liquidity is and your FICO score.

·        Respond to this email with either your most recent biz bank statement showing liquidity, 401k, or something to that effect
·        Respond to this email with a copy of your Driver’s License.
 
When requesting a quote, an applicant should provide:

·        A Summary Paragraph that includes any details necessary. 
·        Applicant experience details.
·        If a flip, we need rehab info in paragraph form.
