Hey {first_name},

These are the top 3 questions I get involving insurance.

First question…

Q: Do I need to have all of the possible drivers listed on a policy

A: Yes, you need to have all drivers that have regular access to the vehicle listed on the policy.

Next question…

Q: Should I add sewer/drain coverage to my personal property?

A: Yes, think about all of the things we store in our basement, regardless of whether the basement is finished or not.  Now just think of the cost involved in getting water out of your basement due to a sewer back up.  (Spoiler:  It’s far more costly than you realize.)

Alright, one more…

Q: My home is valued at X dollars, why do I have to insure it for a different amount?

A: You insure your home based on the cost to rebuild it – both labor and materials.  When you are buying a home, you are paying for the land as well.  The housing market ebbs and flows a lot.  If you are lucky, your home value is more than your replacement cost value.

The GOOD news is…

I can do a comprehensive review of your insurance policies so you don’t have to be on an island getting the answers yourself.
