Is mother nature ready to give us some relief yet?

Two issues I just like to bring to everyone's attention: Ice Dam and Frozen Pipes.

With the cold temperatures, furnances have been running non-stop starting the formation of ice buildup on roof eaves.  When you combine that with moving into a freeze-thaw cycle, it is likely to create a number of ice dams.  As a precaution against loss, we ask that you are pro-active and look into removing the ice dam or snow load before it creates damage.

Also, please be on the look out for frozen pipes - especially in non-insulated areas or secondary homes.  A burst pipe is no fun!
