If you have policies through Farmers or Bristol West you might have received some emails  that you need to DocuSign. This could include:

• Subscription Agreement: Farmers Insurance is a member exchange company.  This just outlines the legal structure and establishes you as a member and policy holder of the exchange.
• Guaranty Notice: This document lets you know that if for any reason  Farmers would become insolvent (not likely) you have protection from the Minnesota Insurance Guaranty Association.  This is required with each line of business.
• Application:  This is the application for insurance.  Don’t fret.  Your insurance is in-force.  This is just the completed signed application we need for our files.
• EFT Form: If you chose a monthly pay plan that automatically comes out of your checking or credit card account, this will need to be signed.

If you have already signed those, thank you!  If not, please do as failure to do so can result in cancelation.

You will also need to complete enrollment of paperless options for your account if you choose to do so. You may have been getting automated email reminders recently. When you enroll in paperless it helps keep in place any associated discounts for paperless policy and paperless billing options. If you have a policy through Farmers simply go to www.farmers.com and register.

1. Click My Profile tab at the top right of the page.
2. Scroll down the page to Paperless Options
3. Click "Edit Paperless Options."
4. Review the terms of paperless policy & billing options
5. Check the box next to the terms.
6. Click Save.

 
**If this is your first time logging and you need to register for a new account; you will need to enter your name, date of birth, zip code, and a policy or billing account number.

Signing up for a Farmers.com account keeps your paperless policy discount in place.
