We are open from 9am until 5pm Monday-Friday. Our goal is for you never to have to use our 800 phone number. Most policy changes and claims can be handled during business hours. However, If you need emergency assistance after hours you can call 1-800-Farmers. Also, you can file a claim after hours by calling 800-435-7764.
 
Some of the emails you might receive included documents that will need to be electronically signed. These are important documents and can affect your policy if not signed. If you have questions about anything, we are only a phone call away!
