Cumberland Ridge Neighbor,

The 2024 Cumberland Ridge HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:30 pm at El Mazatlan located at 300 Cumberland Trace Road, just down from the neighborhood. We will discuss on-going and new projects to improve the neighborhood, elect a Board of Directors for the 2024-25 term and approve our operating budget for the next fiscal year.
