I hope you are doing really well in the midst of all of the COVID-19 mess. I just wanted to send out a quick email and answer some questions I have been getting, and offer to help in any way that you need.
  1. My office is open. At the bottom of this email, you will find my cell phone number. I am available any time to help with all types of insurance, and insurance related questions. The times are uncertain, but your insurance doesn't have to be
  2. I know it is never a fun topic, but right now is the time to be thinking about life insurance. This virus is going to continue spreading. At the moment, life insurance companies are still writing policies and getting coverage in place. If you don't have something in place to protect your family, you may should think about it. In that same vain, my agency does a lot with helping people with "living benefits" life insurance. That basically means if you can't satisfy any two of six daily tasks necessary for life, you can use your policy to help pay for: medical bills, life expenses, etc.
  3. Many businesses are wanting information about business interruption/ business continuity coverage. Many insurance companies have been denying these claims, but it is a case by case basis. I am working right now to find ways to help businesses financially, and am helping them find ways to possibly get claims covered.
I am also wanting to give away something for free. I love helping with marketing, and really want to see you be successful right now. If you need any help with digital marketing, social media, etc. I would LOVE to be a resource. I have a lot of online guides made, specific for the real estate industry, that can help you keep growing your business and getting exposure. If you are needing help with any type of photography, videography, 3D tours, etc. I have some great connections who can offer these services at a discounted rate right now.
One final word of advice: this thing is likely to get worse. If you are going to start looking at your finances, right now is the time. Here is how I would like to help:
  1. Debt Elimination Planning. I help a lot of clients create plans to eliminate debts, without spending any more money from their budget. This could be a way to help save yourself interest payments, lower expenses, etc.
  2. Home and auto insurance needs to be requoted NOW. A major determinant of pricing for your insurance is credit score. If you wait until stuff starts to really hit the fan, your budget gets tight, etc. your credit score may begin to drop. As this happens, you will be less attractive for insurance companies and they won't give you as good of pricing. If insurance is a spot that you may want to save some money, I highly recommend you look at that now. Shoot me an email today if you think that may be something you want to do.
