{first_name}, you may or may not remember me, but I was once your insurance agent a few years back at the Allstate office in Cornelius.  I'm not sure if you remembered, but I sold that office a few years back, but still had our Concord Allstate office.  Well, I finally sold that one last year.  It took me a bit to reach out to you due to their strict no contact policy.  

I wanted to touch base with you and let you know that I have since opened an independent insurance agency.  Here, I have access to multiple top rated carriers.  Having multiple options is great for you, compared to being able to only offer you one company and one rate.  Now I truly look out for you and not just one carrier.  If at anytime you think your rates are getting too high, we can shop it for you.  This helps you with not only saving you money, but also gives you back your time as well.  We do the shopping for you.

Recently, a few carriers that we offer decreased their rates in North Carolina.  This made me think of you.  Believe it or not sometimes carriers can and do decrease their rates.  I knew you could benefit from having a little extra money put back into your pocket, especially with the holiday season coming up.
