We've submitted your loan for initial underwriting review.  We should hear back from the underwriter with their approval and loan conditions within the next few days.  Once we have the approval, we'll let you know what additional items the underwriter needs. 

The next step would be for us to submit the loan approval conditions along with the appraisal to the underwriter for a final "Clear to Close" approval. We'll update you when we hit our next milestone in the process.
