Congratulations on your accepted contract!

We are completing your loan disclosures. They will be sent via email with a link to e-sign the documents.. If you could please complete the disclosure packet in its entirety and return to us as soon as possible we would greatly appreciate it. This will help to ensure a timely closing.

We will need the credit card form completed in order to order the condominium documents. The cost on this is $250.

There is a document included within the disclosure package called “Appraisal Waiver form”. It is important that you check the middle box in order to waive the waiting period. You will still receive a copy of the appraisal via email upon completion but waiving the waiting period will help to avoid any possible delays in closing.

Once we have ordered the appraisal, you will be sent a link to provide payment for the appraisal. The card the you provide will be charged for the cost of the appraisal upon completion of the appraisal inspection.
