In today’s REI market, everything seems to move at the speed of light. Here today, gone tomorrow seems to be the norm for many investors when it comes to closing those really great opportunities.

The same is true in the world of financing. With literally millions of dollars in REI closings happening on a weekly basis across America, lenders are constantly changing their guidelines. 

What was once a “do-able” deal last week, is a no-go this week. More, now than ever, market-volatility continues to present challenges with interest rates fluctuating daily (sometimes multiple times a day), LTV limits being decreased, deals being declined based on geographical regions and more.
