Hi {first_name}!

Your health plan's Annual Enrollment Period is coming up soon.  

The last couple of years, I've tried to reach each and every one of my customers, but last year was tough (for all of us!).

So, this year, I wanted to send out a message early to give you a chance to get your review done early.  When you have a few minutes, will you send me an updated list of any medications you're taking (doses and quantities, too) as well as an updated list with your doctor's names?  Once I have all of this information, I can sit down and review all of your best options.  Also helpful is to let me know if you would like to look at other coverage options like dental care, acupuncture or naturopath coverage.  How about an Over the Counter pharmacy product benefit?

Once I have all of that infromation, I can get to work comparing all of your options so you can check one more thing off your Fall season to-do list!
