   Please see the attached renewal DEC page for your earthquake coverage. If you wish to pay now you can, but this is not the bill, your bill will be sent to you.

  This is the portion of your Home insurance that your Mortgagee does not pay for you.  This covers your home in the event of a Earthquake Claim, which is required by your mortgagee and recommended by us.

They will be sending you the renewal in the mail, but we just wanted to get it out to you as well.

For online payments:  
www.palomarspecialty.com.  you will need the policy number which is at the top of the attached renewal

For Mailed Payments:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your payment to reach Palomar.
