Sadly only few reading the Tips section where we have all the info for smooth streaming.. Most of the time its your Internet but people Blame Envy.

Here is a Little Test: Those who are facing buffering please get envy on your Phone at the same time when your Tv is buffering, Go to same channel and watch the same channel on your Phone with Phone Data. You will find out whats actually Wrong.

If both devices buffering= Its Envy

If one of them is good= its not Envy..

It means you havnt rebooted your router recently, You are not Using VLC as default player, You are not following Tips post..
