Options that could save you a considerable amount of money in interest…
 
Here's anther thing...the banks don't share these secrets as it's costing them money. 

They want your money. Nothing earth shattering there, huh?

What does it stand for exactly and what do you have to pay particular attention to?
 
The first “P” stands for Principal.
 
And Principal is the actual money you get towards your home.
 
So (P) Principal the money you borrow without the (I) Interest, (T) Tax and (I) Insurance.
 
Now, I’ll give you more details on each of these soon, but for now, the one to watch is the Interest.
 
Especially if you have an ARM, that you are not sure will benefit you.
 
Remember, in that last email about a small change in percent, can add up to big dollars, over the span of the loan.

Same goes for insurance, but there are ways around that. Will share more in an upcoming email.
