We add and upgrade channels weekly, but since we are still in beta we do have some issues on our program guide, sometimes you will notice something showing that does not match the guide or you may have some minor issues with a channel.
We offer a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/EnvyTV1/ where you can post any fixes/bugs you may see and our development team will reply and fix.

Please take the time to read and follow the directions in the email that was sent to you. It is very important you follow our step by step guide so you can have top quality service.

Providing top quality service is the envy way, our team has worked very hard to live up to our high standards, one thing we have noticed is 85% of our support calls are due to our customers not following the instructions on how to get their service working, with that said we invite you to please follow the instructions on the website addressed above.
