I’m not sure I 100% believe this, but this is what I was told.

A few months ago, at the beginning of 2019, a loan officer told us she was working 7 days per week, 10 hours per day.

She was partnered with another loan officer, using a FB ads system to generate leads. Her partner paid for the ads, she closed the loans, they split the commissions.

She came on board with us. She wanted to split from her partner so she could stop splitting commissions. AND she said she wanted to STOP working 10 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Good Reasons.

Guess what...

She got caught.

Using our system, she generated a few dozen leads and a handful of phone calls in the first 30 days. Her partner found out she was using our system. And I guess they had some type of agreement or contract where she couldn’t “compete” with him. So “she” had to stop using our system.

We don’t know what their actual agreement was, but our job is to help our clients. Period.

Some people decide to use our methods to generate incoming calls WITHOUT

having their name attached to their marketing campaigns.
